 Ms. Kranti Indurkar is the District Co-ordinator for South Mumbai.

College has an active N.S.S Unit since its inception, being the statutory body of university of Mumbai. The College Management has provided all the necessary facilities for the smooth conduct of activities.

The unit strength is 200 volunteers (02 Units). The Unit has so far improvised every year by implementing and adopting novel activities for the benefit of the society. National Service Scheme (NSS) is a student-oriented program which provides them the platform to develop their interpersonal skills. It inculcates the spirit of volunteerism among the student through community interaction. In this journey of thirteen years, we could see visible changes in our volunteers for good. The format of this scheme is such that volunteers get a fair opportunity to develop leadership qualities, they become more sensible and humane.

Besides this there is a boost in their confidence level, and team spirit. In a nutshell NSS helps in overall personality development of volunteers. The various community development activities undertaken by NSS volunteers benefits the society and thus contribute to the cause of Nation Building.
