BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication (B.A.M.M.C.)

The program is run by the College since the year 2006. Currently, there are two divisions under it with an intake capacity of 120 students.

BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) is a course designed to provide students with a firm grounding in communication skills. It aims to develop an ability for critical thinking and creativity and to give the students an opportunity to combine the theoretical curriculum with practical applications, through detailed research, lucid writing skills, oral presentation skills, and a mastery of various mass communications media in our global information age.

A five days BAMMC Intra College event 'Mebido': A yearly one for bridging Gap between Media Industry and Students. It helps to extend the industry connection and create awareness of new avenues of work and skills required.

Activities generating field work, by visiting various media industries and taking their interviews, and interning with them

Micro and Macro exposure of national concerns relevant to students by live participation in interactive chat shows and with NDTV, STAR Sports, and ZEE TV.

There are numerous career options after completing the BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication (B.A.M.M.C.) course. This course covers all the spheres of mass media. Students can start their careers by joining TV channels as anchors and scriptwriters. They can also opt for reporting and editing in print media, electronic media, advertising, and public relations.
