It is always important and it is stressed upon that the teachers who play such an important role in the development of the students careers also need development of their own skills, knowledge & intellect, and for which they need to undergo self-development programs from time to time. Apart from the regular orientation and refresher courses organized by UGC, the College also organizes FDPs and workshops to equip our faculty with the latest developments happening in their respective subject areas and to also upgrade their thinking, learning and expression skills.
