An Online One-Day National Multi-Disciplinary Conference on “Emerging Trends and Adaptation of Different Sectors of Economy to Changing Environment” was held on 23rd September 2021 in collaboration with IDOL, University of Mumbai and Technical support partner IIDE.

The program started with welcome address by Principal Dr. Neelam Arora followed by introduction of all the dignitaries on the dais. At the outset the chief guest Mr. Deepak Karanjikar threw light on current socio-economic and environmental challenges across the globe and went on to make recommendations to address them. Key note speaker Mr. K. C. Raja spoke at length about the changing needs of various sectors of the economy and strategies to be adopted to these sectors for effective development. Technical sessions saw several paper presentations with varied themes pertaining to trade, commerce, technology and environment. Dr. Poonam Mahajan and Dr. Rakshanda Hani presided over the technical session of the conference.

After the valedictory session by Mr. Akhil Rampal towards the end, formal vote of thanks was proposed by vice principal Ms. Vidya Bhide.

Outcome

In all 14 papers were presented by the research scholars on areas of Science, Commerce, Environment and Technology .The conference was attended by 50 delegates from across the country .
