OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM :
- To boost productivity of teaching and non-teaching staff members while using Word, EXCEL, Power Point with the help of ChatGPT.
- To speed up their work using various shortcuts which are available with chatGPT.
BRIEF REPORT OF THE ACTIVITY
This Workshop was organized for the staff members of the college, both teaching and non-teaching.31 staff members attended this workshop. The Resource person, practically demonstrated how use of chatGPT can speed up work while using MS-WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
This workshop was highly appreciated by everyone.
OUTCOME OF THE PROGRAM
- The teaching staff members could incorporate chatGPT shortcuts and guidance while preparing their presentations and also use thes shortcuts for their work in MS-WORD.
- This workshop proved very useful for clerical staff and the staff members who work in Accounts department.
